Why I Do This Work
I'm Karima Budhwani—a lawyer turned coach, and passionate believer in human potential. My journey from the margins of the legal world to leadership roles has taught me firsthand how much mindset matters.
I've lived the burnout, the pressure, and the isolation. And I found my way through it—not by pushing harder, but by going inward and by rewiring my brain.
